The Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé Program
This program provides reimbursement to DoD prime contractors who would like to transfer technology and/or train a small disadvantaged business in a new process or technology. If your company is ramping up on a new program, or needs to add a dual source to a current program, the Mentor-Protégé program is a perfect vehicle to reduce risk and costs normally associated with source development. It was through participation in this program that ACTI and Lockheed were awarded the prestigious Nunn Perry award in February of 2009.

History & Ownership
ACTI was founded in October of 1996 by Michael D. Rauch, President and Founder, and is located in a state-of-the-art composites manufacturing facility on the northern shore of the Olympic Peninsula. ACTI delivers aircraft parts and assemblies to both domestic and international customers and in the process has earned awards and ratings for the highest levels of quality and delivery.
